For our white IPA our brew masters wanted to combine the citrus flavors of an IPA with the smooth, balanced malts of a Belgian white Belgian-Style Wheat Ale. They began by experimenting with hop after hop until they found the perfect combination of four hops, including a rare German hop called Huell Melon. The result is a pronounced citrus and fruity hop taste, perfectly balanced by wheat, coriander, and orange peel. Hoppy. Unfiltered. Balanced. Negra Modelo has long been the dark beer alternative for Mexican beer drinkers. It has been identified as one of the few surviving examples of Vienna style lager - a style that was largely replaced in European breweries with Oktoberfest, a slightly lighter lager, in the early twentieth century.
Negra Modelo pours with an off-white, medium head. The body is clear with a rich amber/copper color. The aroma is sweet with hints of apple. The impression at the first sip is sweet. This gives way only a bit to some hops bitterness which gives some balance but leaves the beer firmly in the sweet category. It has no real lager snap at the end, just lingering hops. This actually makes the second sip more balanced than the first.

There is some complexity and depth here but the flavors are very delicate. They are obliterated by the aggressive flavors of the Mexican food that Modelo is often served with making it a sweet balance to the savory and sometimes hot cuisine.

Newcastle Brown Ale is traditionally sold in England by the pint (20 fl oz, 568 ml) and more recently in 550 ml (19.4 fl oz, 0.97 pint) bottles. Typically the ale is consumed from a 12 fl oz Wellington glass. This allows the drinker to regularly top-up the beer and thereby maintain a frothy "head." In the United States, it is also sold in standard 12 fl oz (355 ml) bottles. In April 2010, Heineken USA introduced the Wellington glass, branded as the "Geordie Schooner," for Newcastle Brown Ale consumers in America. The pint glass features a nucleated base.

Woodchuck Amber is the original Woodchuck Cider. It's made from a blend of apples and fermented with champagne yeast to produce a great tasting and refreshing alcoholic drink. It's available in 6-packs and 12-packs, as well as on draft.

It started with our brewmaster, Keith Villa, wanting to craft a beer inspired by the flavorful Belgian Wits he enjoyed while studying brewing in Belgium. He brewed his interpretation using Valencia orange peel versus the traditional tart Curaçao orange peel, for a subtle sweetness. Then he added oats and wheat to create a smooth, creamy finish that’s inviting to the palate. As a final touch, he garnished the beer with an orange slice to heighten the citrus aroma and taste. Its natural unfiltered appearance adds to the depth of flavors in Belgian White*.

Introduced nationally in 1982, Bud Light is brewed using a blend of domestic and imported hops as well as a combination of barley malts and rice. It contains more malt and hops by ratio of ingredients than Budweiser, which gives the brew a distinctively clean and crisp taste.

Texas Red doesn’t have any funny anecdotes about how it got its name and it wasn’t the first beer we ever brewed, but this amber lager doesn’t need any of that because the real story is its balanced flavor. The notes of caramel and its sound malt character are perfectly balanced with just a bit of hops. This is a super-smooth, very drinkable beer and at the end of the day, that’s what is most important.

A higher ABV version of Boddingtons Draught Bitter, brewed since 1993 for export markets. It was available in the United Kingdom from 1995–6 as Boddingtons Export.
